As part of his duties\, Paul develops emergency response plans and coordinates emergency response\, as they pertain to public health emergencies and incidents\, and works with community partners and stakeholders to assist in preparations.\n\n \n\nA US Army and Ohio National Guard Veteran\, Paul is a retired Fire Captain/Paramedic\, serving with the Dover Fire Department until 2013. He also coordinated the emergency medical services in the county at Union Hospital for over 20 years. \n\n \n\nIn this program\, "Protecting Your Organization During Public Health Emergencies\," Paul will be discussing Closed Points of Dispensing Sites (CPODS)\, which is a method to timely dispense emergency medical prophylaxis to employees and their families.\n\n \n\n(Please Note: Due to increased food costs at Dutch Valley\, our luncheons have increased to $19 per person beginning in February 2018).
