We live in a 24/7 “pressure cooker” society, so it isn’t a surprise that there are times when it is necessary to deal with the undesirable task of defusing difficult people in the workplace.  However, incorrectly dealing with a difficult person can escalate their behavior to aggressive or rage-filled.
