2020 Annual Summer Golf Outing

Description

Join us for our annual Summer Golf Outing! This event is only open to members of the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce and their guests and will fill quickly.

This event is a four-player scramble format and includes a Hole-in-One contest, as well as a Skins Game and Proximity Prizes for both men and women.

Players and volunteers will be encouraged to follow appropriate COVID-19 social distancing and health guidelines in place at the time of the event. Adjustments to game play and outing setup may occur to follow these guidelines. 

We also ask that for safety all payments for registration and sponsorship are done in advance via credit card or invoice, to eliminate any cash payments the day of the event.

Event Schedule:
9 a.m. - Registration
9:45 a.m. - Players' Meeting
10 a.m. - Start

Registration & Sponsorship Opportunities:
$2,500 Presenting Sponsor (Only One Available) - Package includes: Naming rights "Presented By [Company Name]" on all event marketing, logo of choice on individual player gift/door prize, logo of choice in premier position on vinyl banner at golf course, advertisement for one year on Chamber website homepage, hole sponsorship on two holes, and two golf teams.

$1,500 Corporate Partner Sponsor - Package includes: Logo of choice on vinyl banner at golf course, advertisement for six months on Chamber website, hole sponsorship on two holes, and one golf team.

$500 Golf Team - One golf team with four players. Includes individual golfer gift/door prize. If a golfer wishes to have an individual cart for social distancing purposes, please add an additional fee of $75 per cart and chamber staff will follow up.

$20 - Skins Game Add-On for Team - Pre-Purchase Only: Entry into Skins Game for team. Will not be available for purchase day of event.

$20 - Mulligans Add-On for Team - Pre-Purchase Only: Mulligans for team. 8 mulligans, 1 per player per side. Will not be available for purchase day of event.

$175 for One / $300 for Two - Hole Sponsorship: Company name on hole sponsor signage a tee box.
