Join us on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 for the second session in our new “Chamber Chats” Educational Luncheon Series. This session’s topic on Stress Management at Work will be presented by Sandra Lankford, LISW-S, Manager of Adult Services at Community Mental Healthcare.
In addition to learning more about managing stress, Sandra will also discuss the new Healthy Minds at Work program offered to employers by Community Mental Healthcare.
