Randy is the State Board President and Policy Advisor to Office of Budget and Management (OBM) Director TIm Keen. He also coordinates shared services and government reform initiatives for Governor John Kasich's administration, including leading the team that developed "Beyond Boundaries - A Shared Services Action Plan for Ohio Schools and Governments".
