Scott St. Clair, a BWC business consultant, has been with the agency for over 20 years.
 
As a regional business consultant, Scott works closely with large deductible and retrospectively-rated employers. He also partners with chambers of commerce and various business and civic associations to help educate employers on compensation issues and to promote awareness of workers’ compensation improvements. In addition, Scott works with various state agencies to assist with business expansion and retention in Ohio and is also an active instructor with the Division of Safety & Hygiene. 
 
Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management from Columbus State Community College. Scott lives in St. Clairsville with his wife and two children.
