Topic: Oil and Gas Safety and Emergency Response
Presented by: Jason Blocker - Emergency Operations and Response/Environmental Manager - Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) - Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management
Jason served as a Hydrogeologist for a large multinational consulting company prior to joining ODNR in June of 2010. His multi-disciplinary education includes a B.S. in Environmental Science and M.S. in Geology from Bowling Green State University.
Throughout his career, Jason has worked as a member of multifaceted teams specializing in the fields of emergency response, site assessment and environmental remediation. A native of Ohio, Jason resides in Tuscarawas County with his wife and two sons.
