Shanna Dunbar, RN COHN - S,
Workplace Health Inc.   
 
 
 Shanna brings over 25 years of occupational health experience. She is the founder and president of Workplace Health Inc. It is focused on improving the health and productivity of employees. She has been involved with development and the implementation of Drug Free Workplace programs since 1988 and has been certified by the BWC as a transitional work developer since 2001.
 
Shanna is a Registered Nurse and board certified in Occupational Health Nursing as a Specialist. She has been a member on the State Board for the Ohio Association of Occupational Health Nurses (OAOHN) for the past 10 years and has been recently elected as President.  She holds a Certificate in Workers' Compensation Administration and Management from the University of California.  Her educational preparation at UCLA in Kinesiology brings a particular expertise in Ergonomics and job analysis.  
 
More recently, she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of wellness programs that improve health and productivity and stabilize rising health care costs.  Her expertise is in teaching companies how they can save money by improving employee health and productivity.
