Speaker: Gary O'Brien, President of O'Brien's Safety Services and O'Brien's Confined Space Rescue Services
Subject: Confined Workspace Safety
Gary O’Brien, President of O’Brien’s Safety Services and O’Brien’s Confined Space Rescue Services is an experienced professional with over 35 years in the health and safety field. Gary brings a commonsense safety approach to companies of all sizes and financial backgrounds. As an OSHA authorized trainer, Gary has provided safety training and consulting to a variety of industries. He has also fulfilled a niche market with O’Brien’s Confined Space Rescue standby teams. In addition to his role as an advisor to the Mid-Ohio Valley Safety Council Board of Directors, Gary serves as the Vice Chairperson for the Central Ohio Valley Emergency Industrial Organization (COVEIO), is on the Executive Board of the Marietta Chamber of Commerce, and frequently presents with OOGEEP (Ohio Oil and Gas Energy Education Program) on safety in the oil and gas industry. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and a NCCER Certified Master Trainer.
