Presented By: Dan Fodor - Director of the Ohio BWC Special Investigations Department
Dan Fodor currently serves as Assistant Director of the Ohio BWC Special Investigations Department. Dan has over 30 years of experience at the Ohio Bureau Workers' Compensation, including 22 years in the Special Investigations Department. Prior to his current position, he spent 16 years as a supervisory agent of an Intelligence Unit, 8 years in the Internal Audit Department.
He is responsible for overseeing the BWC Employer Fraud Team, the Intelligence Unit, and central operations. In 2001, he started and supervised the Digital Forensics unit.
Dan also was responsible for supervising the Safety Violations Investigation Unit for 2 years, overseeing investigations of potential violations of specific safety codes.
Meetings will be conducted via Zoom and all attendees are asked to register through the Tuscarawas County Chamber website, which will collect payment by credit card (invoicing option available if necessary) and provide each registrant the Zoom link to connect to the meeting in the emailed registration confirmation. Chamber staff can also assist with registering over the phone if necessary, but each attendee will need an email address to receive the confirmation and meeting link.
With using Zoom, audio can be accessed via computer or phone. No camera will be necessary, but accessing the meeting via computer will provide any presentation slides from our presenters. Please note this meeting will be recorded for playback by registered attendees.
