Presented by: Drew Salyer, Owner, DriveTeam Akron

DriveTeam is a performance driver training company based out of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and began in 1990.  We conduct hands-on driver training for corporate fleet drivers, police officers and firefighters across 17 states.  We conduct clinical and senior evaluations, and have a performance driver education program for teenagers.  We offer our advanced programs year round for teen drivers.

Drew Salyer started with DriveTeam in 2003 and now owns the business. He holds a B.S. in Finance, Business Administration from the University of Akron.  Drew is a licensed driving instructor in the state of Ohio, nationally certified SkidCar instructor, and a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMSCR) instructor. Drew and his wife, along with his three children, reside in Stow.


Meeting Registration & Connection Info: Meetings will be conducted via Zoom and all attendees are asked to register through the Tuscarawas County Chamber website, which will collect payment by credit card (invoicing option available if necessary) and provide each registrant the Zoom link to connect to the meeting in the emailed registration confirmation. Chamber staff can also assist with registering over the phone if necessary, but each attendee will need an email address to receive the confirmation and meeting link.

With using Zoom, audio can be accessed via computer/Zoom app or phone. No camera will be necessary, but accessing the meeting via computer/Zoom app will provide any presentation slides from our presenters. Please note this meeting will be recorded for playback by registered attendees.
