| "Behavior Base Safety" Presented by Frank McKnight Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator, CS Trucking LLC Frank is experienced in safety, communication, staff leadership, operations management, documentation, policy development, database management and personnel training. He strategically coordinates and collaborates with various professionals to maximize performance in facilitating goals and attaining operational excellence. Frank is also a member of the Tuscarawas Valley Safety Council and Chesapeake Energy Safety Committee. He is currently an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator at CS Trucking LLC in East Freedom, PA. Frank prepares and implements training programs for new personnel, conducts comprehensives operational audits, formulates detailed policies, updates databases such as ISNet World, PICs and PEC, participates in periodic client meetings and comprehensively reviews JSA and work permits. |
