About Us
The Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum is a fully functioning roundhouse that houses a collection of 24 steam locomotives among other railroad rolling stock and equipment. Guided tours are offered to the public that take visitors back to the golden age of railroading, the Age of Steam. In addition to tours, the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum has three roles: maintaining its roster of steam locomotives, teaching future generations these fast-disappearing job skills, and bringing America’s railroad history alive.
